IMPORTANT NOTICE: There will be a convention meeting on Wednesday, May 18th beginning at 7:00 P.M. All officers and workers are urged to attend. Everyone’s help is needed. ORGANIZATION IS THE KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL CONVENTION.
OUR MAY MONTHLY MEETING: is a week early, due to Memorial Day weekend. The dinner for this meeting will be POTLUCK, with members bringing a dish their family enjoys, while sharing it with others.
AT OUR APRIL MEETING: dinner was served as the members and friends arrived for our meeting. Even though the members paid the regular price, we assumed the club would pay for cost of the food for the Palm Sunday dinner, but Gus and Sonja Stefanadis very generously picked up the bills that were submitted. Thank you both very much. We also thank Nick Plutis and the kitchen crew, who helped with the food preparation and the serving and cleaning. It was a lovely fish dinner, enjoyed by all. Thanks to all who helped in anyway. Our children enjoyed an Easter egg hunt after our meeting, which was organized by Anna Tripodis. Thanks Anna!
THE APRIL MEETING: was called to order after our delicious dinner, with Pres. Argie leading us in the Lord’s Prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call was taken and all officers were present. President Argie then introduced our visitors, which included Joan Grilakis, daughter of Steve and Helen Parianos and her children, Christine and George. Matina Salamalakis and son George.
